If a teacher in your child’s school is leading an EF tour, their unique trip page has all the details.

EF partners directly with educators all over the country who want to lead their students on educational tours across North America. If a teacher in your community is planning an EF tour, you can access their unique trip page, which includes the itinerary, price, requested travel dates, and more. You can also enroll your child here for just $95.

Enter your teacher’s tour number—a combo of numbers and letters—to find your trip’s information. If you don’t have their tour number, either directly reach out to the teacher who’s leading the tour or connect with a Traveler Support Specialist.

"Once I learned more about the EF tour and how well-planned and thoughtful it was, sending our daughter was a no-brainer."

Frequently asked questions

If you’re not sure if there’s an upcoming EF tour in your community, contact a Travel Support Specialist here.

This page will have the tour’s itinerary, price, everything that’s included, enrollment information, and more. It’ll also display your teacher’s requested tour dates. We recommend blocking off a few extra days on either end, as specific tour dates will be confirmed closer to departure.

To enroll your child on an EF tour, we ask that you:

  • Provide your child’s basic information as it is or will be written on their identification

  • Assign a primary contact (name, email, phone number, and home address)

  • Select a payment plan and add a bank account or debit card

  • Secure your child’s spot on tour with a $95 enrollment deposit

  • Decide if you’d like to add Travel Protection

First, pat yourself on the back, because your child will grow in infinite ways on their EF tour and have a blast while doing it. Second, you’ll gain access to your EF traveler account, which helps you track payments, stay up to date on your to-dos, build excitement for departure day, and more.

Once you’ve signed your child up for their teacher’s EF tour (!!), you’ll use the same email address that you listed while enrolling and set a password of your choosing.

We’re always excited to see student travelers step outside their comfort zones and embrace everything a new place can teach them. And we’re almost as excited to see the awesome photos they take along the way.
